Merchants

The Kubuli eCommerce feature lets local businesses list a storefront, sell items, and get paid through Stripe. This section is for merchants operating a storefront through the mobile app.

Who is this for?

Merchants — local business owners who claim a place, build a storefront catalog, view orders, and track disbursements.

Current limitations

eCommerce is in MVP. The following are not yet available and are called out in the Commerce Guide where relevant:

• No automatic payouts — disbursements are manual via Mobanking.
• No guest checkout; cart is single-merchant only.
• Merchants cannot issue refunds (admin-only).
• No product variants, stock tracking, delivery, or reviews on orders.
• Order-item integrity fix (KUB-207 follow-up F6) is pending.
